The Polar Verity Sense is a small, versatile training companion, suitable for use with any sport. Allowing up to 24 hours of training in a single charge, this optical heart rate monitor allows for freedom of movement and can be worn to suit you, whether that be on you arm, clipped onto your swimming goggles against your temple or situated anywhere firmly against your skin. The choice is yours.  

The Polar Verity Sense can be connected to either an app or your sports watch using Bluetooth® and ANT allowing you to view your workout in real time, or if you prefer to record your workout, its internal memory allows you to record your workouts and check your results later. 

Simple to use with only one button, just switch it on, put it on your arm, temple or snuggly against your skin under tight fitting clothing and you’re ready to get started on your workout. Whilst swimming, the Polar Verity Sense tracks your heart rate, pace, distance and swimming turns automatically in the pool.
